HOlistic Nutrition And Lifestyle Course

  • 124 Findlay St 124 Findlay Street Cincinnati United States (map)

Millions of people start a new diet or New Year's resolutions each year with ZERO long term success. Why? Most people buy programs or search the internet as a means to learn or change behaviors instead of learning from a real life professional in human form!

This course is 6 weeks long, and it starts Wednesday, February 2nd - March 9th. It's every Wednesday night from 5:30-7:30pm.

Participants will walk away with the knowledge of

  • The importance of sleep, what is sleep hygiene and how to set a sleep routine.

  • The big question that everyone is dying to know, "but what do I EAT?!" No Fad Diets will be included!

  • Why Calorie counting is a MYTH and what actually counts when it comes to Diet.

  • Build your “ Why” to the way you eat.

  • How to say a powerful "no thanks" and why that little phrase can change your life in a BIG way.

  • Lifestyle changes to support your health and nutrition choices.

  • How to build an unshakeable Mindset so you can continue to cultivate health, no matter what time of year it is and without an expiration date.

It's 12 hours spent with a Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner with a specialty in Holistic Health Coaching paired with the knowledge of a Masters in Nutritional Science.

This course is incredibly valuable with the information paired with the accountability it provides, but don't take my word for it, here is what past participants are saying!

~“Sarah takes a holistic approach with nutrition, not just physical milestones, we’ve talked about stress management, hormones, as well as nutrition, it’s something I really appreciate. She also always considered where my food came from a nutrition standpoint since sustainability is important to me. She keeps personal goals top of mind and keeps me focused on “my Why” and how to pursue tangible goals important to me.”

~“I signed up for the nutrition program at Findlay Movement in 2021 and it was a COMPLETE game changer! What I learned went well beyond just learning to “eat better.” Sarah is an excellent instructor who was very thoughtful in her approach to designing and delivering the course. She not only talked about better choices but she took the time to explain how and why they matter. In the past, I’ve been discouraged when I thought I was doing the right things in terms of food choices, only to learn I wasn’t actually making the quality choices I thought I was. Learning how our bodies process foods was time well spent in understanding how and why foods have the impacts they have on us. Sarah also spent a great deal of time helping us reframe past beliefs that weren’t productive and redesign our goals to support a healthy lifestyle, not just a diet. I was also grateful that I never felt judged, but rather encouraged and supported in setting new, positive and attainable goals. This program was money well spent! What I’ve learned has not only helped me to change my eating habits but given me a better attitude and “relationship” with myself when it comes to healthy habits. I would recommend this program to anyone who is looking to become a better version of themselves in a completely realistic and meaningful way!”

~“Attending Sarah’s nutrition seminar was not only enlightening from an education standpoint, it also motivated me to take nutrition into my own hands and customize a plan that makes sense for me. We’re bombarded with a lot of information these days. Sarah helped us cut through the clutter.”
