Gymnastics Seminar
We're thrilled to announce that Findlay Movement will be hosting a 3-week gymnastics seminar starting on April 22! The classes will run from 8 am to 9:30 am and are designed for individuals with beginning to intermediate skills. If you're not sure whether your skill level is a good fit for the seminar, we encourage you to speak with your coach.
This seminar is open to both members and non-members, with a cost of $200 for members and $250 for non-members. However, we need a minimum of 7 participants to ensure the seminar runs smoothly. As such, we will not begin registering or charging fees until we have confirmed that minimum number of attendees.

Powerlifting Seminar
Are you someone who is new to lifting the compound lifts (bench press, squat and deadlift) or perhaps you’re experienced but have plateaued and looking to increase your capabilities within lifting? Maybe you’ve heard weight training is good for your health but are timid and looking for the “right environment” to start? Our Powerlifting Seminar is designed to aid in all those things. Coach Robin, who is a World Champion in Powerlifting will be teaching all participants how to lift well and effectively within the three power lifts which are the bench press, back squat and deadlift.
You’ll walk away with knowledge that fosters confidence, a better understanding of how and why powerlifting makes you so strong, and the proper accessory work to continue building your strength base while keeping your body healthy and feeling good.
Robin is an ideal coach to learn from because not only is she experienced and the best in the world at powerlifting, she creates a fun and safe environment for all to learn and participate in. We are opening this seminar up to non-members, there is an assessment required for entry and spots are limited.

-4, 90 minute to 2 hour sessions starting at 8am on Saturday, October 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd with a World Champion powerlifter
-Sessions will include a syllabus, classroom lesson, and lifting to optimize each athletes positioning and technique

Concept 2 Fall Challenge
Findlay Movement has started a team for the CrossFit division of Concept2 Fall Challenge! From September 15th through October 15th, we'll log every last meter that our Team can crank out rowing, biking, and skiing on the Concept2 Erg machines, and be ranked with other CrossFit teams around the world. Total meters accumulated by our team is what matters, and we'll also be tracking individual total meters for some healthy intra-team competition.
A Day On The Lake (Kayak Edition)

Nearly 8 mile trip down the river, starting at the IN/OH state line!
Depending on river conditions, expect to leisurely float down the river for 3-4 hours, but feel free to spend the day.
There are numerous beaches and islands to stop and relax, so brings drinks, snacks and sunscreen.
You can arrange carpooling and let Casey know you'll be coming so she can be on the lookout for you!
