Are you someone who is new to lifting the compound lifts (bench press, squat and deadlift) or perhaps you’re experienced but have plateaued and looking to increase your capabilities within lifting? Maybe you’ve heard weight training is good for your health but are timid and looking for the “right environment” to start? Our Powerlifting Seminar is designed to aid in all those things. Coach Robin, who is a World Champion in Powerlifting will be teaching all participants how to lift well and effectively within the three power lifts which are the bench press, back squat and deadlift.
You’ll walk away with knowledge that fosters confidence, a better understanding of how and why powerlifting makes you so strong, and the proper accessory work to continue building your strength base while keeping your body healthy and feeling good.
Robin is an ideal coach to learn from because not only is she experienced and the best in the world at powerlifting, she creates a fun and safe environment for all to learn and participate in. We are opening this seminar up to non-members, there is an assessment required for entry and spots are limited.

What can you expect:
4, 90 minute to 2 hour sessions starting at 8am on Saturday, October 1st, 8th, 15th, and 22nd with a World Champion powerlifter
Sessions will include a syllabus, classroom lesson, and lifting to optimize each athletes positioning and technique
Leave with a greater understanding of the squat, bench, and deadlift and how to get stronger
